September Goals

new month . new school year . new new new .
the binges are in the past .

GOALS FOR SEPTEMBER :
01. no more binging - ever .
02. max 825 calories / day
03. join a gym with a friend / go for a run twice a week min.
04. at the end of the month - 111 lbs.
05. drink 8 two cup glasses of water per day
06. do homework + get good grades
07. fast for at least 7 days of the month (try for 12)
08. put money away for new skinny clothes
09. smile more.


EDIT : didnt acomplish most of this so TRY FOR OCTOBER !

=] so i have these old jeans from two years ago that are size 25 .
a friend of mine came over a few weeks ago while i was getting ready for back to school
i told her she could have the jeans cause she liked them ... anyways she left them here .
for about a year ive been size 27-29 (depending on brand type) ...butttt
i went and i tried the jeans on and they fit !!!! sort of snug but no fat rolling over the top !! =] very happy .

also my mom and i went back to school shopping a few weeks ago and i got some
buffalo jeans in a 6 . now they are about 5 inches too big in the waist and too big in the thighs !!

WOO HOO!

so i went "camping" on the weekend ... lame lame lame .
i left at 121.4 and when i cam back i was

125!!!! i am a fat disgusting cow !!
but thankfully im doing a no cal fast ...
i weighed myself throughout the day ...
hw today is 123.4 !
better but not good !

per 1 can (355mL) Calories 0

 already 1:16 and only had 55 calories ( 3 jello cups and one rice cake )
not tons of nutrients but little fat !!

 i havent ate all day (just diet coke and water) but then my mom calls and she asked me to
make a ceaser salad.  i make the dressing which turns out to be 300 calories + mayo + cheese+ crutons .

i am screwed . if i put the mayo on tll be abour 400 calories and 30 g of fat . i wont put cheese on .

day one of fast .
ive decided that i can have just anything with
no calories. diet coke and water are all ive had and its already 3 !
lets see if i can keep it up
